Keep Thinking with Claude

Welcome!

You've been directed here from our RFP response.

We're excited to share something special with you. As longtime users of Anthropic's products across our client portfolio, we wanted to demonstrate both our enthusiasm for your technology and our creative capabilities in a unique way.

Using your Claude Code tool, we've created this interactive website as a companion to our formal RFP presentation. Think of it as a creative interpretation rather than a direct copy—it brings our proposal to life in a dynamic format while maintaining all the key elements of our response.

How to get the most from this experience:
We recommend starting with our presentation deck to understand our full proposal, then exploring this website to see how we've reimagined that content in an interactive format. This dual approach showcases both our strategic thinking and our ability to rapidly prototype and innovate using the very tools you've created.

Reflections of Intelligence

Mirrors don't just reflect reality—they expand perspective, turning inward thinking into outward clarity. In this vision, Claude becomes a cognitive mirror: not a spectacle to watch, but a reflection space that refracts, strengthens, and extends human intelligence.

Every AI event sells the future of technology.

This event explores the future of humans working with it.

An event for the professionally curious.

The slow to satisfy.

The fillers of the glass half-full.

An event for those who dare to do.

The testers and tinkerers.

A collection of we-can-all-do-betterers.

Thinkers, makers, doers and believers.

Turning what-ifs into what-nows.

Together, for better.

Our Task

Build a flagship where the business outcome is pipeline, the human outcome is perspective, and the differentiator is Anthropic's belief that AI should amplify human intelligence, not replace it.

The world doesn’t need another AI demo. It needs direction.

Enterprise leaders are drowning in pilots that don’t scale. Developers are buried in tools that promise intelligence but demand constant supervision.

Anthropic sits in a rare position: low recall, high market share. The story hasn’t yet caught up to the success.

In a season of peak noise, credibility and differentiation must coexist. Fear of replacement meets the need for results, and Anthropic is the only brand designed to resolve that tension.

Strategic Approach

Anthropic Typography

"Many of the implications of powerful AI are adversarial or dangerous, but at the end of it all, there has to be something we're fighting for, some positive-sum outcome where everyone is better off."

— Dario Amodei, CEO Anthropic

Redefining the AI Flagship Experience

Every event sells the future of technology. This one explores the future of humans working with it.

It redefines the enterprise AI conference as a space for co-intelligence, where people and technology learn from each other in real time. Anthropic leads the shift from innovation for attention to innovation with intention.

Pipeline is the goal, but belief is the multiplier that shapes how the world understands AI's place in human progress.

Creative Vision

Foundation of Thought: Amplifying Human Intelligence

Anthropic's core advantage is not automation, it's amplification. While much of the AI industry competes on speed, Anthropic champions something far more valuable: quality of thought.

This event is not about consuming content or showcasing technology. It is a thinking environment: a space where curiosity is sparked, reasoning is exercised, ideas expand, and intelligence becomes collaborative.

Attendees don't come here to watch intelligence happen. They come to enter the act of thinking—mentally, physically, intellectually.

Keep Thinking

Keep Thinking Animation

Keep Thinking is not just a statement. It celebrates our human ability to question, connect, create meaning and experience the thrill of understanding.

Creative Tactics

We know what big tech likes to do. We also know what big tech won't do...

Where they see registration, we see a concierge...

They desire a keynote, we suggest a conversation...

While they want breakouts, we envision break-ins...

When they ask for graphics, we'll create environments...

Where they want sessions, we'll design solution salons...

Rather than activations, we want introspections...

No one wants an expo, everyone wants an experience...

Tactic: Build spaces where thinking is visible

Reflective Materials

Reflection, expansion and dialogue. Amplifying light, extending reality, and reflecting the subject become one in mirrors. Mirroring Anthropic's sentiment of AI discoveries rooted in magnifying humanity, reflective material becomes a communication tool for visual thinking.

Reflective material goes beyond physical when integrated with Claude. With lots of dialogue being passed around, Claude reflects messages, themes, and collaboration throughout.

User Interface Design

Interfaces behave like mirrors of thought, not dashboards of data.

Instead of screens pushing content, surfaces here respond, listen, and reflect. Ideas expand, contract, and reorganize as understanding deepens: visualizing intelligence as something alive, shared, and evolving. In a world of frictionless automation, we bring back texture to thought.

It's relational. It's reflective. It's human.

Creative Concept: Reflections of Intelligence

Mirrors as Cognitive Expansion

In English, "to reflect" means both to mirror and to think deeply. This duality captures Anthropic's belief that artificial intelligence should not replace human thought, but reflect and amplify it.

Mirrors don't just reflect, they expand perspective. They turn inward thinking into outward clarity. They symbolize co-intelligence: human reasoning, extended by Claude.

Reflections of Intelligence - Slide 14 Reflections of Intelligence - Slide 14 Your Thinking Expanded - Slide 15 Makes Thinking Physical - Slide 16 Makes Thinking Physical - Slide 16

AI is Not a Spectacle—It's a Reflection Space

Each installation becomes a metaphor for the relationship between human cognition and artificial intelligence: a continuous reflection, expansion, and dialogue between the two.

The mirrored structures placed in organic landscapes represent the fusion of nature and technology, analog and digital, intuition and logic. These environments invite introspection—an exploration of how AI refracts and amplifies human creativity, rather than overshadowing it.

Your Thinking, Expanded

Not mirrors. Cognitive surfaces.
Not reflection. Amplification.

You step into a space where your thinking becomes visible, multiplied, extended, challenged, sharpened.

An event that makes thinking physical…

  • Sparks curiosity
  • Expands ideas
  • Makes intelligence collaborative

Behavioral Principles & Experience Anchors

Anthropic Home Animation

This flagship is the future Anthropic is building. One where intelligence is deliberate, responsible, and co-created with humans at the center. Every physical touchpoint reinforces shared habits of mind:

1. Reflect Before Acting

Principle: Meaning emerges from stillness. We create space to pause, inquire, and consider consequences before momentum takes over.

Experience Anchor: Contemplation Center
A dedicated space designed to slow the mind before accelerating ideas. Soft light, intentional interaction, and guided prompts invite attendees to pause, breathe, and connect to their intention before entering the event. This is the cognitive reset that unlocks meaningful intelligence.

Contemplation Center - Slide 25 Reflect Before Acting - Slide 25 Cognitive Reset - Slide 25 Meaningful Intelligence - Slide 25

2. Co-Intelligence Over Automation

Principle: Claude does not perform for attendees—it thinks with them. Humans lead; AI amplifies.

Experience Anchor: Integration Roundtables
Small, facilitated tables invite attendees to sit with Claude and one another to work through real scenarios. Leaders explore decisions, test assumptions, and apply responsible AI in real time—not as a demo, but as shared reasoning.

Integration Roundtables - Slide 26 Co-Intelligence - Slide 26 Shared Reasoning - Slide 26

3. Human Judgment as the Highest-Order Decision Layer

Principle: When choices have weight, the loop returns to a person. This event makes that visible, tangible, and practiced.

Experience Anchor: Break Glass for Human
Throughout the conference, dedicated stations act as calm, high-touch consultation points staffed by Anthropic experts in safety, ethics, research, and real-world deployment. When an attendee reaches a question that needs nuance, empathy, or ethical discernment, they don't turn to a robot—they turn to a person.

4. Deliberate Connections at Scale

Principle: Large gatherings can still feel personal, quiet, and intentional, built for depth over noise.

Experience Anchors: Rooms That Change Minds

  • Executive Intelligence Circles: Intimate, invitation-only strategy rooms where enterprise leaders and Anthropic experts work through real adoption and governance decisions together
  • Founder's Salon: A quiet, philosophy-forward gathering hosted by Anthropic founders. Small group, handwritten prompts, deep reflection
  • Guided Peer Dialogues: Structured dialogues where leaders interrogate frontier scenarios and build shared language for safe AI deployment

5. Collective Meaning-Making

Principle: Insight compounds when we synthesize together. Knowledge here is not consumed, it is constructed.

Experience Anchor: Daily Intelligence Chronicle
Throughout the event, a living narrative evolves in real time. Claude listens, distills emerging themes, and drafts what this community is learning, questioning, and building. At closing, the Chronicle and Shared Idea Wall fuse into a collective artifact: a published anthology of perspectives, alignments, disagreements, and open questions. Every attendee leaves as a contributor to the future, not an audience to it.

Bold Ideas, Unconventional Approaches

Lecture Series Animation

Bold ideas, unconventional approaches and the territories we'd apply our most audacious thinking:

1. Keynote Experience - A conversational approach to keynote

2. Human Journey - The 3-Day Narrative Arc

3. The Vanguard Circle - Executive Experience

4. Claude as Connective Tissue

1. Keynote Experience: A Conversational Approach

GPJ has a bold vision for your keynote space that aligns with Anthropic's focus on people and the desire to more fully engage your attendees.

This design is a platform for innovative storytelling that is framed perfectly by the audience, who now become more active participants in their Anthropic experience.

Venue Strategy

Based on scope, logistics, and creative potential, we recommend the following venues for consideration:

Chase Center

Most feasible based on cost estimations and ideation

Be Iconic. Chase Center is San Francisco's premier venue for innovation and creativity, offering the infrastructure for a world-class event, reimagined with Anthropic's warmth and humanity.

Be Human. Move beyond a typical tech expo with invite-only, "human-sized" thought-leadership groups. Host intimate workshops, deep-dive discussions, and hands-on labs in suites and lounges for meaningful dialogue at scale.

Be Together. Unify the audience in the arena for shared moments: opening keynotes, product reveals, and performances.

Extend Beyond the Walls. Activate Thrive City's restaurants and the bayfront park for secondary programming, pop-up sessions, and community experiences. Close Terry Francois Blvd to create a festival-like flow between the Chase Center, park, and waterfront—a miniature city takeover.

Availability: Sep 14–16 · Early December

Fort Mason

Smaller, more intimate

Be Unconventional. The historic Fort Mason Piers, located on the Bay, offer a raw, flexible, San Francisco setting. Its open architecture, exposed beams, and waterfront views create an unconventional stage, aligning with Anthropic's goal to break from standard tech conference formats.

Be Intimate. Fort Mason's human-scale design encourages real conversation. The Festival Pavilion will be the central hub for keynotes and showcases, while adjacent piers will become immersive zones for workshops, partner studios, and hands-on demos. The curated spaces will feel personal—more like a salon.

Be Connected. The campus layout promotes natural movement and discovery, as attendees flow between sessions, cafés, installations, and bayfront lounges. This design fosters connection over crowding, reinforcing Anthropic's desired "intimacy within scale."

Activate What's Around You. Utilize the outdoor lawns and waterfront park for fireside chats, evening gatherings, and social spaces with the Golden Gate as a backdrop. The experience will feel alive and local, blending creativity, nature, and human dialogue.

Availability: Sep 3–5 · Oct 31–Nov 5 · Nov 16–18

Moscone West

Be Redefined. Moscone West is transformed—a familiar landmark made original and unexpected through design, flow, and storytelling. It rethinks the tech gathering, where structure meets imagination.

Be Experiential. Each level is an ecosystem of engagement. Keynotes merge with hands-on labs, art installations, and thought-leadership studios, inviting dialogue. The result is a living environment for simultaneous learning and connection.

Be Grounded. Despite the scale, the experience feels human. Natural light, clear wayfinding, and calm, minimalist design create space for thought. It mirrors Anthropic's philosophy: thoughtful, precise, and centered on meaningful human exchange.

Be Alive. Moscone West's location connects the experience to the city—from open-air lounges in Yerba Buena Gardens to evening activations on terraces and rooftops. The event expands organically, becoming a dynamic part of San Francisco's rhythm.

Availability: Sep 23–Oct 1 · Oct 21–29

Each venue offers unique opportunities to express "Reflections of Intelligence" through architecture, spatial flow, and integration with San Francisco's distinctive landscape.

The Aurora Artist Selection

We will seek an artist or creator who elevates the community as the main attraction. This is not a traditional performance but a chance to shape how 10,000 thinkers connect, reflect, and integrate their collective work.

The Chosen Artist Will:

  • Support, not dominate: Craft sound and visuals that enhance dialogue and collective energy
  • Collaborate with the installation: Respond to the "Collective Mood" data-art experience in real time
  • Explore connection and synthesis: Highlight themes of collective intelligence, human-AI collaboration, and shared insight
  • Hold space for the community: Enable the group's ideas and creativity to shine

The Aurora is the climactic moment of Claude's role. The installation reaches its peak, visualizing the community's journey. This is the emotional and intellectual anchor for 10,000 people to witness their collective impact before the final day of Synthesis.

GPJ and our partners connect with artists who create immersive, community-focused experiences. From experimental electronic acts to multimedia collectives, we can select collaborators who enhance the collective experience rather than perform as traditional headliners.
